What is the Daniel Fast? The Daniel Fast is a 21-day partial fast inspired by the prophet Daniel in the Bible. It focuses on consuming simple, natural foods while abstaining from meat, sweets, and processed items. The heart of this fast is not just about food—it's about drawing closer to God through prayer, sacrifice, and intentional time in His presence.
